Just read Heber Vega's 10Q with you, great stuff! P.S. I cooked a Karahi curry based on Manju's recipe the other night. Closest thing I could get to a Balti from the UK ;-) Delicious, but more spice needed next time.

Those are beautiful, rabidly hunger-inducing photographs. Being English I'm a big fan of the imported Indian, Pakistani and Bangladeshi cuisine that is famous in the UK but I'd love to sample more authentic home cooking. To that end I bought a delicious, and gorgeously shot, book by Manju Malhi. Luckily enough there's enough Indian presence in NYC to get the required ingredients. So I'd definitely be into this. hope you get a publisher!

It wasn't that long ago that I ate breakfast, but now I'm starving! This looks like a great book, and I love the photos. I'd buy it in a second. Somebody publish this book! And if Asha ever wants to visit the US, she can stay with me for as long as she likes!
